For Play, Make,  Create I worked with Leo to make a potion. It is could the Ploy Juice potion from Harry Potter. The ingredients are Lacewing, Leeches, Flux weed, Knotgrass, Powered horn of a Bicorn and Shredded Skin off a Boomslang snake, and most important black cat hair.

Whetu challenge

For Whetu challenge today we made a paper tower my tower was 223 cm tall. This is the second time and the first time we did not make a base but this time we did.

On Tuesday we started making a poster about brushing your teeth.  This is what I made

 

Today we did play make the book was Theodore the unsure. I worked with Gaurav. We made a Decision Maker.

 Today we did Play Make Create I woke with Levi and Gaurav. We made a gaming pc a Ps4 and a keyboard and mouse. We also made two cars for the PC to play for a racing game. We did build and the book was Be your self.

NumBots & TTRockstars Blog Post

 Term 2, Week 1 2021

During Term 1 we have been practising our addition and subtraction knowledge through the online programme called NumBots.  At the start it was super easy but progressively got more challenging.

I am now on  tungsten  level of NumBots.  

I enjoy NumBots because the questions are really easy.

What I find challenging is getting up to different levels.

This week we have started TTRockstars.  This is an online programme which helps us to learn our timetables.   

I think that TTRockstars is really fun because when you learn all the questions they become really easy.

For Play make create the book that we did was up the creek. I work with Ethan we made a battleship and aircraft carrier from them to us. The book was about teamwork. The area we work in was build

 Me and Gaurav did the maths mystery and we got Meeta.

 Me Levi, Gaurav and Dean made 3 tents and a campervan in a fire with Clicko.

On hockey big day out we had to play 10 games. There were 8 people in my team won 5 games and lost 3 and tied 2.

 For play make and create I did the scratch one I made an animation.

Monday was our school Swimming Sports. On the day I felt nervous when I was going to the race.

We had two art sessions this week and I am up to painting.

In literacy this week we have dun the Summarizer and Predictor.

Part of our maths programme is NumBots and I think I am copper.

Someone who has helped me with my learning this year is Sean help me with logging in to Numbots.

The most interesting/fun thing we have done during class time is Whetu challenge.

The most fun thing that I have done at a play or lunch time this year is making the rope swing.

One word that describes learning in Whetu is Fun.
